What's the chance of it snowing in Ilfracombe (North Devon)?

I live in Ilfracombe and I want it to snow sooooooo much. I don't know what the chances are so could I have some guesses out of 10. Ilfracombe is on the coast line but there is a place just 5 minutes up the road that has had about 10 inches of snow.
