How should I tell my friends at school about Jesus and his unconditional love?

I just started to become a christian and I do not want to become a person who listens to what the bible is saying but not taking action and displaying it to others. I am only 15 and I want to tell my friends at school, but it seems hard trying to reach out to them. Can someone help me.
