Hit and run victim..?

I suggest calling the police and explain to them what happen. Do let them know you were shaken up that is why you left the scene. Tell them everything that you remember about the car, where you were, and how it happen. Not sure if the insurance will increase. But your insurance should cover the damage. If you don not have a accident report when you call the insurance company, they will not cover the claim or any repairs if some are needed. You can always call your insurance company and ask them will your premiums increase for something you did not cause. I hope this helps.
