My child's father molested my oldest daughter,how can i remove his name from our daughter's birth record?

My youngest daughter's father ,molested my oldest daughter! i have changed my youngest daughter's name to that of myself and her other siblings,but her father's name and her old name is still on her birth record(her old last name is that of her father/the molester)! i thought when changing a name ,you can have the birth record changed too,but now told not so in Ohio! How can i go about taking the molester off her record as father,as well as her old last name? We just want to move on with our lives,with no reminders of the horrible things that came from a man that holds that name!
