l health question?

Ok I am 17 and not ually active.I have this blister like spot on the outer part of my next to the perineal cavity.the "blister" is squishy like a blister,but seems to have a hard line through it.anyone have an idea what this is?I have a gyno appt soon too I just wanna know what it might be.it causes no pain whatsoever
