I need advice on friendship. Is this person my friend?

I think he likes you more than a friend and he's hurt cause he know you like him just as a friend.... He also seems like the type of friend that needs alot of attention and get upset when he dosent get it.. Let him know you like him as a friend and TALK to him with your voice... if he still acts pissy he's not worth it...
