IZZINT THIS OUR OBLIGATIONAL DUTY?

i need to reread the const, but i think that if since i started going to school in 1986 and we were realy taught as youngsters about what it means to be an American and taught about the corruption that we live in and that we must be involve and active with community and the politics we would not be here. but somewhere in there aren't we supposed to dismantal a corupt gov't which is made up of PEOPLE. and replace them all with honestly elected individuals. There are many people in office that should be there and many whom don't. and if WE THE PEOPLE ,decide to impeach or those who should not be there, then we do it.
