EMERGENCY?!?! pls help!! my laptop doesn't evn want 2 turn off?

I have a toshiba laptop and I'm not sure but I think it has a virus. It got stuck today like nvr be4. The screen has a lot of colors and it won't do anything. I pressed the off on and nothing happens. I closed the laptop and still the screen will not go off. PLS HELP
