Please tell me I'm not the only one!!?

At work today I was talking to some of the other people at work about music and musicians and I mentioned Terence Trent D'Arby and no one knew who he was!! I mean I'm only 34 and some of them are only a few years younger. I can remember being 14 or 15 when he was popular, am I really that old?!
