What is Hayley Williams' (lead singer of Paramore) ethnicity?

Just in case there are any idiots out there, ethnicity means where a person's ancestors come from or what their ethnic background is. I don't mean nationality, so if anyone says American, that's a dumb answer. Unless, she's Native American. Which I'm guessing she isn't. She looks Scotch-Irish to me. But, thanks for any answers.
