What does she mean by this, is she annoyed?

Girly i know how you feel, just bring something small to eat to the party as long as there is enough for everyone , it doesnt even have to be super fancy, dont offer her gas money, its her job to have that, and if you knwe there was a party and yuh asked agian then maybe shes just impatient about repeating herself, but if you dont want to go to it then dont, there is ALWAYS going to be more parties in the future
