Oral Joint Disorders?

Thats what it sounds like to me, I have a tremor that causes me grind my teeth and or clinch my jaws sometimes, it feels like my jaws just lock up, so far I have found no med that can stop it,, it maybe TMJ, but like you my doc says no,
