Ladies, I need some personal hair advice!?

Hi girls, I came here because I am really indecisive about what to do about my hair. I am about to dye it a bright magenta red and I was not sure if I should dye my entire hair or to do highlights. I am asian, so I have a light olive skin tone and my hair is cut like Rihanna's. Any advice and ideas is appreciated! Thank you. :)
