Doctor can put finger inside my outer cervix but not my inner? Shortened cervix?

if its any help i had a leep which is doing more to the cervix than a cryo and my cervix been short since i was like 26 weeks i was put on bed rest i was given steroid shots to mature the babys lungs incase she came early today im 37 wks 4 days almost approaching my due date i thank god i made it to full term but they should really keep an eye on your cervix my cervix measurement went as low as 0.3 cm that is like extremeley short but i made it through after 34 wks my dr stop measuring me i hope i was of help good luck with ur baby
