Capital gain tax?

i have recently purchased a house which i want to rent out, i want to know suppose i sell it after sometimes will i have pay CGT, i myself am living in rented accomodation elsewhere. how much will be the CPT the property is owned jointly by me ,my hubby and my hubby income is 35k mine is 26k
